Our Commitment
Astruno is committed to the safety and protection of all users, particularly minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform.
Age Requirements
- Astruno requires all users to be at least 13 years of age.
- We implement age verification during the account creation process.
Prevention Measures
Content Moderation
- All user-generated content is subject to AI-based automated moderation before it becomes publicly visible.
- Our text-only format (250 characters, no images or videos) significantly reduces the risk surface for exploitation content.
- We maintain keyword and pattern detection systems specifically targeting CSAE-related content.
Account Safety
- Accounts found to be associated with CSAE content are immediately suspended and permanently banned.
- We preserve relevant data for law enforcement purposes when required.
Reporting
In-App Reporting
Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly.
External Reporting
If you become aware of any child exploitation content or behavior, please:
- Report it through the app immediately
- Contact us at safety@astruno.com
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org
- Contact local law enforcement
Cooperation with Authorities
Astruno cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE matters. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of child exploitation content, including mandatory reporting to NCMEC.
Staff Training
Our team members who are involved in content moderation and trust & safety are trained on identifying and handling CSAE content appropriately.
Regular Review
We regularly review and update our safety practices, moderation systems, and policies to ensure they remain effective against evolving threats.
